Wild Dragon Outlawed In Nevada Casinos
For a while now, the wild dragon has been outlawed in Nevada casinos. This reptile was once considered a lucky symbol in Chinese culture, but its reputation has since taken a turn for the worse. In fact, the wild dragon is now considered an unlucky omen in casinos all around the world.
Back in 2009, a man was caught trying to smuggle a live wild dragon into the Bellagio casino in Las Vegas. The reptile was found inside of a large carry-on bag and it was clear that the man had been intending to use it as a good luck charm at the blackjack tables.
Since then, casino security has been on high alert for anyone trying to sneak in a wild dragon. In fact, any type of reptile is now banned from all Nevada casinos. This includes snakes, lizards and even turtles.
The reason for this ban is simple: reptiles can be dangerous. They can bite or sting their owners or bystanders, and they can also spread disease. It's just not worth the risk to allow them into casinos.
There are some exceptions to this rule, however. If you have a certified service animal that happens to be a reptile, you are allowed to bring it into the casino with you. And if you're visiting a zoo or aquarium that has a reptile exhibit, you're also allowed to take photos or videos of them while inside the casino.
But if you're caught trying to bring in your own pet snake or lizard, you could face serious consequences. So be sure to leave your pet at home when you head to Nevada's casinos!
Nevada Gaming Commission Threatens To Close Down Wild Dragon Slot Machines
The Nevada Gaming Commission is threatening to close down all Wild Dragon slot machines in the state.
The commission says that the games are too addictive and are causing harm to gamblers.
Wild Dragon slot machines are found in casinos across Nevada.
The commission has given casino operators until the end of the month to remove all of the machines from their properties or face closure.
Wild Dragon Finally Banned in Las Vegas
Las Vegas is well-known for its casino and luxurious resorts but the city ordinance banning wild animals has been amended on October 17th, 2018 with the exception of certain domesticated animals. This includes the ban of wild or exotic animals.
The repeal allows Siegfried & Roy's white tigers to stay in their habitat on the Las Vegas Strip. The casino headliners have been fighting for their tigers since Roy Horn was mauled by one of their tigers during a show in 2003. The amendment was proposed by Councilman Stavros Anthony and it was unanimously voted for by the City Council.
In addition to Siegfried & Roy's white tigers, there are six other wild animals that will be allowed to remain in captivity in Las Vegas: One elephant at the Mirage hotel, six bottlenose dolphins at Silverton casino and two macaws at Flamingo hotel. All other wild or exotic animals are prohibited from being brought into or kept in Las Vegas.
The amendment also bans cirques from using any animal that is not domesticated which will prohibit shows like "Cirque du Soleil" from using lions, tigers and bears. This is a huge disappointment to performers who train and care for these animals as if they were their own family members.
Councilman Stavros Anthony said that he was happy to see this amendment pass because it means that these animals can live out their lives peacefully and not be subjected to being used in a cruel showbusiness environment.
After Battle With Authorities, Wild Dragon Pulls Out of Nevada Casinos
For years, the wild dragon has been a staple of Nevada casinos. But after a recent battle with state authorities, the dragon has pulled out of all but one casino in the state.
The dragon first came to Nevada in the late 1990s, and quickly become a popular attraction at casinos. But in recent years, the dragon has come into conflict with state authorities over its tax obligations. In particular, the dragon has objected to being required to pay taxes on its winnings.
In early 2017, the dragon stopped paying taxes altogether, and began avoiding contact with state authorities. This eventually led to a showdown earlier this year, in which state officials attempted to seize the dragon's assets.
After a brief battle, the officials were unsuccessful, and the dragon retreated to its den in the desert outside Las Vegas. Since then, it has been seen only occasionally at one casino near Reno.
The dragon's withdrawal from other casinos has had a significant impact on their business. Many casinos have seen their profits decline as a result of losing their biggest attraction.
State officials are still hopeful that they can reach an agreement with the dragon that will allow it to return to other casinos in Nevada.
Wild Dragon SlotGaming To Cease Operations In Nevada
The popular online casino slot game, Wild Dragon, announced that it will cease operations in Nevada as of October 1st. This decision comes after the company was not able to come to an agreement with the state on taxation.
In a statement released yesterday, the company said that it "has made the difficult decision to suspend operations in the State of Nevada as of October 1st, 2018." The move comes after negotiations with state officials over taxation fell through.
Wild Dragon is one of the most popular slot games in Nevada, and its absence will be felt by gamers and casino operators alike. It has been reported that the company is already ceasing operations in other states as well, though it has not released any information on those closures.
This news comes as a major blow to the gaming industry in Nevada. With Wild Dragon withdrawing from the market, operators will need to find a new game to fill the void.
